Job Overview
Under general supervision, performs records management and document processing activities in support of a Human Resources records project. Responsibilities include scanning, indexing, organizing, and reconciling employment records; maintaining electronic and paper files; and quality review activities to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
This is a temporary, office-based position that requires working on-site five (5) days per week.
What you will be doing:
May perform any or all of the following:
Prepare, scan, index, and electronically store employment records and related documents.
Review, reconcile, and maintain personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
Perform data entry and update electronic records using Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF applications, and other office software.
Organize, retrieve, file, and refile paper and electronic records as needed.
Identify and report missing, duplicate, or inaccurate information and assist with record corrections.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and organizational records.
Assist with records management projects and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
What you need:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Two (2) years of clerical or administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PDF applications.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Special Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et. Al. and DFW Airport’s Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.
This is a designated safety sensitive position as defined in DFW Airport’s Drug and Alcohol Administrative Policy and Procedure. Applicants selected for this position will be required to pass a drug test prior to employment and to submit to drug screening on a random basis during the length of their employment in the safety sensitive position.
Effort:
Works in an office environment with frequent use of a computer, scanner, copier, and other standard office equipment.
Position requires sitting for extended periods while performing data entry, document review, and scanning activities.
May occasionally lift, move, or transport files and boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
Regular on-site attendance is required five (5) days per week.
