Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms
- Consult with clients on event details, budgets, and beverage service needs
- Create customized proposals for bartending and liquid catering services
- Upsell premium packages, specialty cocktails, staffing, and add-ons
- Track leads and activity in CRM or booking systems
- Coordinate with operations and staffing teams for seamless execution
- Follow up with past clients for repeat and referral business
Required:
Bilingual (English & Spanish- )Strong customer service and communication skill
