The Opportunity: We are seeking a Mortgage Processing Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry level role that will provide support for various functions required within the Mortgage Operations Department.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform third-party orders such as appraisals, title reports and other verification documents.
- Monitor orders for timely receipt.
- Review documentation received from third parties for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload documentation received into the Loan Origination system as necessary.
- Process department invoices to obtain payment authorization.
- Assist with departmental tasks as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to initiate and embrace change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment.
