- Provide accurate and timely centralized pay services to Active and Reserve military service members through the maintenance of service member’s MMPA (Master Military Pay Account).
- Handle problem cases that are elevated by junior staff members for final resolution.
- Process a variety of complex pay cases requiring comprehensive review and in-depth research to determine the cause of discrepancies within a service member’s account and corrective action.
- Resolve the most complex military pay and allowance cases involving substantial retroactive payments, adjustments, or collections.
- Determine appropriate course of action, utilizes a testing system to simulate effects of the revised/new procedure, then modifies or creates new office procedures as appropriate.

- Specialized Experience is defined as: Reviewing and processing a wide variety of complex military payroll transactions. Determining entitlements, examining, verifying all documents for propriety, completeness and accuracy, reviewing and processing final actions to resolve various complicated military payroll problems or issues using a variety of techniques.
