This highly visible role serves as an executive-level project manager, working closely with leadership while coordinating efforts across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Management. You'll lead cross-functional teams, establish project timelines, manage priorities, and ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. You'll spend significant time engaging with internal stakeholders, customers, and business leaders while balancing competing priorities and navigating the challenges of influencing without direct authority. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $98,221 to $122,776 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
