DeZURIK is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead and protect the technology backbone that supports our multi-site manufacturing and office operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to ensure our networks, systems, and data are secure, resilient, and ready to support high-performance operations across the enterprise.
In this role, you’ll oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN architecture, secure remote access, cloud connectivity, and high-availability networks that support manufacturing automation systems. You’ll lead cybersecurity strategy and operations—developing policies, strengthening threat detection and incident response, administering NIST-aligned cybersecurity programs, and driving awareness and training across sites.
You’ll also supervise a distributed IT team, partner with plant IT contacts, manage external service providers, and collaborate across the organization to support acquisitions, archived ERP systems, and the long-term digital roadmap. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external frameworks (such as NIST and CMMC) while reducing operational risk will be central to your success.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $124,535 to $155,669 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3 years supporting multi-site or hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and OT/IT network integration and industrial cybersecurity.
- Experience managing Microsoft tenants and M365 environments; familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
