DeYarman Automotive Group is seeking to hire a Part-Time Title Clerk to join our team. Ideal candidates will have Tag & Title Clerk experience in a dealership setting and be able to process ERT online. This position involves multi-state taxes and titles, as well as wholesales. Responsibilities - Title Clerk:
- Accurately process incoming titles daily from customers and dealers
- Process ERT online
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Accurately record incoming titles daily from customers and dealers according to established procedures
- Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Perform other duties as necessary
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Requirements - Title Clerk:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
