2. Work to meet your personal and department quality KPIs. Implement approved countermeasures and corrective actions when KPIs are not met.
3. Support the NPI Stage Gate process and other design qualification activities as assigned by:.
o Develop control plans and inspection methods for inprocess inspection as well as final inspection
o Participate in design for manufacturing reviews as the quality representative.
o Participate in Design & Process FMEA activities as the quality representative.
o Support FAIR and Inspection activities through the NPI process
4. Actively engage with all of Dexter to support our Lean Transformation, deploying Lean Tools to improve employee safety, processes and decrease cost.
5. Ensure customer quality requirements are communicated internally and through the supply chain.
6. Support customer requests for information, documents and data, when applicable
7. Support DMR, RMA, CAPA, Internal Audits as applicable/ assigned
8. Support process qualification activities as assigned.
9. Complete other tasks as assigned or required.
- Bachelor’s degree required in STEM field.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer strongly preferred.
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- 7 years of experience working in a regulated industry preferably with Aerospace and/or Medical Device Quality Management Systems and successfully supporting a Quality function.
- Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, or ISO 13485 strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $105,000-$115,000 bonus
