Role: Automation and Robotics Maintenance Electrician
Where: Albion, IN | When: Third Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

What You’ll Tackle
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues to code, following established standards and best practices.
- Execute advanced troubleshooting on CNC machinery and robotics to recover performance quickly.
- Analyze chronic failures and implement sustainable, long-term fixes.
- Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs (including ladder logic) using diagnostic tools.
- Maintain and repair solid-state devices and integrated control systems.
- Independently plan and complete repairs; mentor peers when needed.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Respond rapidly to production needs to minimize downtime.
- Serve as de facto shift lead in the absence of supervisors.
What You Bring
- Background in industrial electrical systems, automation, CNC, and robotics.
- Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting complex electrical and controls issues.
- Applied understanding of electrical theory and related formulas for manufacturing.
- Experience with PLCs and ladder logic programming/diagnostics.
- Comfort operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility for overtime to support production schedules.

Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree (two-year college or technical school) OR 5 years relevant experience/training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
