We deploy $75,000 to $5,000,000 across small and mid-sized businesses as a direct Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Funder, with a focus on high-quality deal flow, strong ISO partnerships, and institutional grade execution.

Role Overview
- Build and manage relationships with ISOs, brokers, and referral partners nationwide.
- Generate and qualify new funding opportunities.
- Guide partners through the funding process from submission to funding.
- Work directly with underwriting to structure competitive offers.
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently grow your broker portfolio.
- Become a trusted resource for your referral partners.

Ideal Candidate
- 3 years of experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business funding, alternative lending, commercial finance, or a closely related industry.
- Proven ability to build and manage broker or client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Solid book of established ISO/Brokers
