We are searching for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator at our BR07-Chickasha-OK facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversees outbound packages for transportation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily and weekly reports, including work logs and schedule documentation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including usage metrics, customer issues and resolutions, training records, work logs, and schedule documentation.
• Completing a daily shipping plan by scheduling and assigning loads; establishing priorities; monitoring progress and resolving problems.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient delivery of products to meet order requirements.
• Performing other tasks, duties or special projects as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years shipping experience in a distribution or warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written instructions and other business documents, are required.
• Candidate must be willing and capable of handling employee and customer problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Office 365 suite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Meet quality and safety standards daily.
