CDL Driver
We are searching for an experienced CDL Driver at our BR10-Tuscumbia-AL facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Dedicated regional route delivering to Dexter customers in Al and MS with one overnight per week.
- Home most nights and every weekend.
- Equipment is an automatic day truck pulling a 48' or 53' flatbed
- Pay structure includes miles, drop, and hourly pay. 1500 - 2000 miles per week, 60 drops per week.
- Deliver trailer and trailer products to customers timely while operating a tractor-trailer truck, sometimes over intercity routes or spanning several areas of the state.
- Record amount and type of cargo being delivered.
- Report to a dispatcher any incidents encountered on the road. Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs.
- Monitor road conditions and watch for traffic congestion.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws.
- Inspect trailer before and after the trip and record any defects they find.
- Keep a log of activities.
- Report serious mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Take rest periods during trip, take special precautions while driving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL Required.
- Flatbed experience preferred.
- 1 year experience, including manual.
- Proven working experience as a commercial truck driver.
- Clean driving record - No DWI/DUI in the last 3 years.
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
