Technical Support Call Center Specialist (A Certification Preferred)

📍 Onsite: Charlotte, NC (100% in-office, 5 days/week)

💵 Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr

📅 Start Date: ASAP

⏳ Contract: 12 months

🕗 Schedule: Standard business hours (Mon–Fri)

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience providing technical support in a call center environment. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service and effective issue resolution over the phone and through written communication. The technical scope is not highly advanced, but requires solid troubleshooting ability, broad technical exposure, and the ability to support customers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical support within a call center environment.
• Deliver strong customer service with clear verbal and written communication.
• Troubleshoot general technical issues across multiple platforms and environments.
• Resolve customer concerns thoroughly; success is measured by issue resolution rather than call volume.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior phone support experience in a technical call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Broad general technical exposure across hardware, software, or multi-platform environments.
• A certification or similar technical support certification strongly preferred.
• Previous Level 1 or Level 2 technical support experience.
