Job Title: Solutions Architect
Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (RTH)
Pay Range: $65 – $90/Hour
Role Overview: Seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end, scalable solutions for financial systems, including risk calculations, trade analytics, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design resilient, cloud-native architectures aligned with best practices
- Lead solution design discussions with stakeholders and engineering teams
- Develop POCs/POAs using a fail-fast approach
- Build reusable business capabilities within ERM ecosystem
- Enable cross-system integrations across distributed environments
Required Skills
- Strong in DDD, Microservices, APIs, Event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with Kafka/MQ, RDBMS & NoSQL, Spring Boot
- Knowledge of cloud platforms & architecture frameworks
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- GenAI knowledge (preferred)
- Banking / Financial Services / Payments / Market Risk experience preferred
Experience Requirements
- 10–15 years overall software development
- 3–7 years in solution architecture
