Senior Staff Accountant

Role: Senior Staff Accountant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Main Duties / Responsibilities: Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations across fixed assets, capital projects, and financial reporting. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure data integrity.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Analyze and reconcile subledger to general ledger, identifying and explaining variances
• Support fixed assets accounting and capital project tracking
• Assist with AR billing processes and related reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain detailed schedules and supporting documentation
• Leverage Excel to analyze and transform financial data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data structuring)
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and GL analysis
• Exposure to fixed assets and capital projects accounting
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
