Job Title: Recruiter III
Location: New York, NY 10281 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract
Candidate from financial services will be preffered.

- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
Role Overview
The Recruiter III will manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and extend offers to candidates
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand talent needs
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process and candidate experience
- Work closely with recruiting teams, coordinators, and onboarding partners
- Support occasional onsite hiring events
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience (corporate recruiting preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Taleo, Eightfold, Workday, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors)
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, payments, or fintech
- Familiarity with Oracle Recruitment Cloud (nice to have)
