Financial Services Recruiter – Product and Credit
We are looking for an Associate level recruiter with excellent client management skills, the ability to lead efficient meetings, and substantial experience with complex offers, impeccable sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter. Product recruitment skills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting for: (Functional types of roles)
- Supporting Product-focused hiring, including: Product, Product Management, Program Management, Analyst, and VP-level searches. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting nationally.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years recruiting experience – Product recruiting is a big plus!
- Full lifecycle recruiting (intake/qualification, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer support, etc.)
- Background from agency and/or enterprise recruiting
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Previous ATS experience (Oracle)
- Experience with closing deals (rate negotiation, compensation, closing)
- Experience with complex offers
- Strong communication skills – Will be requested for feedback from executives at times
- 5 days in the office
Nice-to-Haves
- Strong sourcing / cold calling capability
- CRM experience (client preference: Oracle)
