Job Title : Loan Documentation Specialist
Work Location: Marshall Minnesota 56258 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Payrate $20- $21 per hour
Job Description:
- Performs a variety of functions within leasing operations to ensure accurate and efficient operations such as preparation of client and end user documentation for funding lease transactions across multiple business lines.
- Processing of Documents for Scanning, Retention, incoming mail, and processing one-time payments.
- Accomplishes tasks within designated time frame and provides high quality support to both internal and external clients.
- Provides additional support to areas within Documentation Department with requests for pricing and other tasks as needed.
- Proven commitment to quality customer service and ability to work well with customers.
- Strong general office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
