Position Details:

Job Title: Hardware Engineer

Location: Bradenton, FL 34202 (4 days On-site)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: $70 - $100k/yr

Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog and digital circuits for fire alarm products.
• Develop and integrate embedded systems to support product functionality.
• Perform circuit analysis and validation using simulation tools like PSpice.
• Design, build, and debug programmable logic circuits.
• Utilize electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) to verify designs.
• Support product certification and listing efforts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide sustaining engineering support to improve and maintain existing products.

Role Purpose:

• Design electrical and electronic circuits to meet specified performance criteria.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation.
• Support listing efforts.
• Address sustaining engineering challenges.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience with a BS in Electrical Engineering, or 1 years with an MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with embedded system design and development.
• Proficiency with circuit simulation tools such as PSpice.
