Job Description:
A growing financial services organization is seeking driven, sales-oriented professionals for an Internal Wholesaler opportunity supporting retirement and annuity product distribution. This role partners closely with External Wholesalers and financial advisors to grow territory sales, strengthen advisor relationships, and promote retirement-focused financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with External Wholesalers to execute territory growth strategies and advisor engagement initiatives
• Conduct proactive outbound calls and virtual presentations with financial advisors and broker dealer partners
• Develop and maintain strong advisor relationships to increase product sales and territory growth
• Present retirement and annuity solutions tailored to advisor business needs
• Identify new business opportunities and support cross-selling initiatives
• Maintain consistent follow-up activity throughout the sales cycle
• Assist advisors with illustrations, product information, paperwork, and issue resolution
• Track sales activities and manage territory pipelines effectively
• Stay current on financial markets, retirement strategies, and industry trends
• Deliver high-level customer service while meeting performance goals and sales metrics
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Prior sales, inside sales, customer service, or business development experience required
• Financial services, insurance, banking, or investment sales experience preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence business partners
• Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales systems
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within 45 days of employment
