Data Management Specialist

Job Location: Pennington, NJ or Plano, TX (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Experience Required: 5 years in data management, governance, or program management

Focus Areas:

• Data incident management across Risk, Finance, and Treasury
• Governance, remediation oversight, enterprise data quality standards
• Acting as a connector between LOB/FLU, Technology, and DQCE teams

Primary Objective: Ensure that data quality issues are logged, analyzed, and remediated in compliance with enterprise policies and minimum data requirements.

Data Governance Expertise: Understanding of governance, data management, quality, and incident remediation principles, ideally in banking/financial services

Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SharePoint, JIRA (for governance and reporting)
