Job Description:
The Patient & Physician Service Specialist – Junior (L1) is responsible for delivering high-quality support to patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal stakeholders. This role serves as the first line of support for inquiries related to Inspire therapy, device functionality, mobile applications, MRI compatibility, and related services.
This is a fast-paced, service-driven call center environment requiring strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to navigate evolving procedures while maintaining an excellent customer experience. This role is designed as an entry point with clear expectations for growth and progression into more advanced responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as first-line support for patient and physician inquiries
- Provide guidance on device functionality, mobile apps, and connectivity (e.g., Bluetooth)
- Assist with MRI compatibility and therapy-related questions
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while managing live calls
- Adapt to evolving procedures and workflows
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication across all interactions
- No fixed shifts – flexibility required
- Coverage includes mid-day, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates must clearly communicate availability during screening
- Weekend shifts may be required
- Some company holidays require coverage
- Holiday shifts may be remote depending on business needs
Basic Qualifications:
- Customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across systems while handling calls
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
