Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Coatesville, PA 19320
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Training: 2 weeks onsite
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential to extend)
Pay Rate: $18.00 -$20.00/hr
The company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role focuses on order processing, customer inquiries, logistics coordination, and CRM data management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a structured, process-driven role working under direct supervision and established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and prepare related documentation
- Serve as main contact for inquiries, transactions, repairs, and calibration logistics
- Coordinate with labs and logistics teams for pickups and deliveries
- Provide quotations and status updates
- Expedite service requests as needed
- Perform accurate data entry in CRM system
- Handle inbound calls and emails (less than 10% of day on phone)
- Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong data entry and CRM system experience
- Background in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, military, or defense industries
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or vendor coordination
