📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite)
📅 Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Data Center Construction to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects from design through commissioning, turnover, and warranty support.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end construction project delivery from planning through project closeout.
✔ Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, contracts, and risk mitigation.
✔ Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and operations stakeholders.
✔ Conduct site walks, monitor construction progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
✔ Drive procurement, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness activities.
✔ Present project updates and reports to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 10 years managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
✅ 8 years of experience in project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, risk management, and contract administration.
✅ Experience managing stakeholders across design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Data Center or Mission-Critical Construction experience (Required)
• Owner's Representative experience
• Commissioning and turnover experience
• Primavera P6
• Bluebeam
• PMP Certification (Preferred)
