Job Title: AR Collections Representative
Duration: 6 months of contract
Location: Lehi, UT 84043
Job Description
• Email communication to Customers
• Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices)
• Prepare statements for customers
• Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls
• Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma
• 1-2 years collection/Accounts Receivable Experience
• 1 year experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication
