We are seeking Client Services Representative II to support brokerage and custody client service teams in a high-volume, fast-paced financial services environment. This is part of a large-scale onboarding initiative tied to revamped operations, with a structured ramp-up plan.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in banking, financial services, or client-facing operational support who thrive in professional, detail-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client service support for brokerage and custody operations teams
- Process and support financial transactions including wires, check processing, asset movement, account setup, etc.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and issue resolution
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track service requests
- Support first-call/first-interaction resolution goals while maintaining high service quality
- Maintain strict adherence to operational procedures, compliance standards, and service-level agreements
- Contribute to a professional, client-focused team environment
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in: Banking, Brokerage, or Financial services
- Client service or operations support roles
- Hands-on experience with: Wires, checks, asset transfers, or account opening
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone email)
- Experience using CRM systems and managing client interactions
- Ability to work in a B2B, professional services environment (non-investor facing)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial operations, custody services, or transaction processing
- Familiarity with brokerage or institutional client servicing environments
- Finance-related degree or certifications (preferred but not required)
