Title: Client Service Specialist/ Real estate

Duration: 03 Months plus possible extension

Location: Tucson, AZ 85750

What You’ll Do:

You will provide exceptional support to agents and clients visiting our offices, assist with technology and operational needs, and contribute to a vibrant office culture. Your expertise will support marketing efforts, social media management, and office organization, while also working closely with leadership to facilitate onboarding, recognition, and community-building activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, with experience using common office tools and social media platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in real estate support or office administration
• Familiarity with real estate technology tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge)
• Experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Event planning or community engagement experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, support, or customer service role in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate with facilities and IT teams to ensure office efficiency
• Willingness to support company initiatives such as onboarding, recruiting, and community events
• Positive attitude, with a passion for fostering an inclusive and engaging office environment
