Job Description
Seeking an agency-based Recruiter 1 – TA Coordinator to support our Resource Industries Talent Acquisition team in
Peoria, IL.
This role will focus on delivering exceptional recruiting coordination services, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for internal stakeholders and candidates.
As an agency worker, you will play a critical role in scheduling, data management, and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for multiple requisitions across business units.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday and other HR systems.
Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure timely updates and a positive experience.
Support compliance and documentation requirements for all recruiting activities.
Assist with reporting and metrics tracking for Talent Acquisition operations.
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency.
Required Skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles.
