Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the transfer and transition of Mexico Record-to-Report (RTR) activities. This position ensures smooth knowledge transfer, documentation, and process alignment. After the transition, the Senior Accountant will oversee HQ Payroll Accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and provide accounting support for various HQ special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the knowledge transfer of Mexico RTR activities
- Ensure process documentation, accuracy, and adherence to company standards during transition.
- Oversee HQ Payroll Accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Support HQ special projects by providing accounting expertise and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably with RTR and payroll accounting exposure.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes.
