The Purpose
- We are building and scaling GenAI-enabled capabilities that support the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) from concept through production delivery.
- This team evaluates, develops, integrates, and standardizes AI-assisted tools that improve how associates work across Product Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, Engineering, and Testing.
- As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build applications, integrations, and reusable services that enable teams to use GenAI optimally within their day-to-day workflows.
- You will partner with Brokerage and Enterprise teams to deploy practical solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience building full stack applications.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools is a plus.
- Financial services experience preferred.

- Work towards reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI-enabled product delivery.
- Support CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and operational perfection practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations based on business value and technical fit.
- Collaborate with Enterprise teams to align Brokerage solutions with broader Client's standards and platforms.
- Mentor team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
