Job Title: Community Manager
The Dexian Community Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for colleagues and guests by overseeing conference and meeting room solutions, site amenities, work requests, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for GetService requests, providing timely status updates as needed.
- Communicate meeting details to internal and external audiences when appropriate.
- Support high-visibility corporate events, town halls, and meetings.
- Provide meeting planning support and assistance.
- Monitor and respond to colleague inquiries and issues in a timely and tactful manner.
- Maintain office, kitchenette, and pantry equipment in good working condition.
- Liaise with colleagues and vendors to ensure seamless functionality of the workspace.
- Monitor email inbox daily and provide prompt responses.
- Support site teams with room bookings, triaging colleague requests, and conference tasks.
- Collaborate with Client to enhance colleague engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for all colleagues and contractors regarding site resources, services, and amenities.
- Capture and communicate event timelines, catering, audiovisual requests, and other necessary details to the Conference Solutions Admin.
- E nsure timely delivery of event-related services and support.
- Overs eeetsetup, execution, and breakdown of events on-site.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from clients, attendees, and vendors.
- Anticipate and respond to Client's needs and concerns, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
