The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Recruiter to help grow our Boston presence. This is an opportunity to own your recruiting efforts in a high-growth market while building meaningful candidate relationships and expanding our regional footprint.
You will have the autonomy to source, develop, and place top technology talent, while collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on growth, impact, and building their network in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Build and cultivate relationships with top technology candidates in the Boston area
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles
- Partner closely with internal sales leaders to support client hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes with accountability and attention to detail
- Contribute to expanding DeWinter Technology’s footprint in Boston
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Ideal Background
- 4 years of recruiting experience (technology staffing preferred)
- Proven track record of revenue generation and growth
- Strong understanding of technology roles, functions, and skill sets
- Experience building pipelines in competitive markets
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
