Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to support our growing Transportation design practice. This position will be based in our Orlando, FL office. - Perform traffic modeling and alternatives analysis
- Collaborate with other Transportation Discipline Leaders and Project Managers
- Prepare marketing materials and serve as Traffic Lead for project pursuits
- Oversee Traffic design activities, and mentor less-experienced engineers
- Perform QC reviews of design analyses and plans prepared by Staff and by other consultants
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with transportation clients across Florida
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 10 years of relevant Traffic design experience, preferably with FDOT
- Florida Professional Engineering (PE) license, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong desire to be an important member of a high-performing team
