What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Installer - Multi-Family position at DeWaard & Bode INC?
DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom, and Skagit county's largest, local appliance and mattress retailer are hiring! This employee will be part of a crew that works remotely at contracted job sites to deliver and install major appliances in condos/apartments in the greater Seattle area (Skagit, Snohomish, and King County). Install Crews travel to contracted job sites in company vehicles and in some cases are requested to stay overnight in company-provided accommodations. As this role does require travel, this role provides compensation for travel time.
The job is a minimum of 40 hours/week working Monday - Friday!

Compensation for this position starts at $23/hour. Pay range is $23-30.

Responsibilities:
- Complete appliance installs in a timely fashion
- Deliver, install, and connect appliances for customers.
- Load and unload appliances from a truck
- Test installations to ensure they work.
- Helps deliver items from a central store or warehouse,
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle heavy physical lifting
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Pass a drug test
- Clean Drivers Record
- Early morning schedule
