- You’ll be the ringleader, deploying our appliance service technicians and keeping track of schedules, routes and personnel.
- You’ll be obsessively accurate and attentive.
- You’ll communicate and work very closely with both our customers and our technicians to provide the best service possible to our customers.
- You’ll be answering calls from customers along with quoting repairs and invoicing for work completed.
- You’ll be the master multitasker handling different, and sometimes conflicting, events which happen simultaneously, and help our teams find creative solutions.
- And you’ll handle whatever else may come your way during the course of your busy, productive days.

- You’ll have to pass a standard background check.
- You’ll need to multitask effortlessly – well, most of the time.
- You’ll need to be able to work with different personalities.
