Job Summary
We are seeking dependable seasonal help during the warmer months to assist with improving and maintaining property curb appeal. This position offers 30–40 hours per week and is expected to start in April. Duties include hands‑on property maintenance tasks such as painting, power washing, landscape clean‑up, and parking lot improvements. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for individuals interested in property maintenance who want to gain practical experience and get their foot in the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with painting and general exterior maintenance
- Power wash buildings, sidewalks, and other surfaces
- Perform landscape clean‑up, including debris removal and basic grounds work
- Assist with parking lot improvements and general upkeep
- Use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely
- Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders
- Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment
Qualifications

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
