Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with parts selection and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and delivery times.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parts.
- Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in ordering parts as needed to maintain inventory levels, liaising with suppliers and the procurement team.
- Ensure all documentation is filed and stored correctly in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Service, and Warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a parts advisory or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or tools industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
