Day to Day Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Create and manage collision repair work orders and estimates
- Coordinate with insurance companies throughout the claims process
- Communicate repair status and updates to customers
- Schedule repairs and help manage daily workflow
- Maintain accurate repair orders, customer files, and vehicle history
- Work closely with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly documented
- Assist with administrative and office functions to support the Collision Center
- Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a collision repair or body shop environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience writing estimates or coordinating collision repairs preferred
- Connecticut Appraisers License is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with Mitchell, CCC, or other collision estimating software preferred
- Experience with dealer management systems such as Excede/Procede is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
