DeVivo Companies has an opening for a full-time, alternative-shift Auto Paint Prepper at our body shop in Middletown, CT. Preppers individually prepare each vehicle throughout the repair process to help our technicians deliver high quality repairs. Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles properly for paint, including washing, taping, masking, etc.

Identify imperfections
-
Rub and polish completed vehicles
-
Assist technician in other areas as assigned

Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings

Work closely with coworkers to meet deadlines
-
Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
-
Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.
Position Requirements:

1 years experience in a related field
-
High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
-
Be able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
-
Drivers license
-
I-CAR or ASE training will set you above the crowd
