DeVivo Parts & Tools currently has an opening for a full-time Parts Advisor at our Saugus, MA shop.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with internal departments and personnel
• Ordering, procurement, stocking and billing of parts
• Create and receive parts requisitions/purchase orders
• Communicate daily with service writers, shop manager and technicians on parts needs
• Warranty and dirty core maintenance
• Must be proficient with computers and dealership software including Microsoft Office
• Warehousing, shipping & receiving
• Maintain clean and organized parts area and warehouse
• Maintain adequate supplier and vendor relations
• Conduct physical inventory counts as needed
• Reports directly to the Parts Manager
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years' experience in parts/warehousing/inventory control within the automotive/truck parts industry
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to parts needs for company departments
• Ability to achieve and maintain proper parts certifications and training on Thermo King products
• Valid driver’s license
