We are seeking a mechanically inclined professional with a strong electrical background and supervisory experience to lead industrial mechanical and electromechanical repair projects.
Responsibilities- Supervise technicians performing mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair generators, motors, pumps, rotating equipment, and related machinery
- Coordinate equipment teardown, inspection, repair, installation, and reassembly
- Perform or oversee alignment, balancing, installation, and commissioning of rotating equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures
- Work directly with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal service teams
- Coordinate parts, materials, repair schedules, and project requirements
- Review technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and work orders
- Provide technical direction and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Strong industrial electrical and mechanical repair background
- Previous supervisory, foreman, lead technician, or crew leadership experience
- Experience interacting with customers and vendors
- Experience with generators, electric motors, pumps, bearings, shafts, couplings, and rotating equipment
- Knowledge of alignment and balancing procedures
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, and general mechanical repair skills
- Experience with industrial maintenance, field service, motor repair, generator repair, or rotating equipment strongly preferred
- Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement with receipts
- $650/month housing assistance for 3 months
- $1,500 retention bonus at 90 days
- $1,500 retention bonus at 180 days
