Overview:
Oversee a portfolio of high-risk healthcare liability files from first notice through resolution. Handle complex matters, coordinate strategy with attorneys, review case evaluations, and stay actively engaged through discovery, settlement talks, and trial prep. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years managing medical liability, workers’ comp, or injury-related cases OR 3 years directly handling CAP-related matters
- Exceptional written communication, organization, and critical-thinking ability
Compensation:
$110,000 – $130,000
