Job Overview
The Market Director of Workforce Strategy to lead HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives across multiple hospital locations. This role partners with senior leadership to support staffing needs, strengthen culture, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions across the market, including staffing, employee relations, and compliance
- Drive workforce planning, retention programs, and leadership development
- Advise hospital leaders on policies, performance, and talent strategies
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR best practices
- Support culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
Requirements:
- 5 years of HR leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong background in employee relations and regulatory compliance
- Experience supporting multiple locations or large teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
