What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Defense Contracts Portfolio Manager position at Devine Management Consulting?
This is an onsite role.
The ideal candidate will have experience with contracts and will manage negotiations, proposals, contract administration, risk, and a team of contracts professionals.
Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Approximately 9 years of relevant experience, including substantial defense contracting and management experience.
- FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, CAS, and FAR Part 15 negotiations.
- CPFF/FFP contracts and complex portfolio management.
CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM preferred. Interview travel is reimbursed; relocation may be available.
