Position: Craft Adventure Guide (Tap Room & Kitchen Server)
Supervisor: Tap Room & Kitchen Assistant General Manager
Division: Hospitality Division – Outpost Facility
FLSA Status (Classification): Hourly
The FOH Employee is an energetic, customer-centered, positive position that works directly with patrons and visitors in our Tap Room & Kitchen. Night and weekend availability is a must! Must be a team player with a positive attitude! Primary responsibilities are serving, but occasionally hosting or bartending. Good candidates know how to hustle and take ownership of their duties.
Physical Conditions and Nature of Work Contacts
- Regular contacts are made with the general public. Some communication may be difficult requiring significant levels of tact.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds. Ability to manipulate 165-lb. kegs with/without dolly.
- Ability to transport 165 lb. on a dolly (dolly operation). Communication is usually cooperative in nature, with infrequent conflicts resolved by higher authority.
- Conducts work in a standing position; however, job requires walking, bending, stooping and lifting. Requires frequent operation of tap handles, dishwashers, and movement throughout brewery.
- Requires the ability to speak loudly to large groups of people. Requires flexibility in hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.41 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
