Devils Backbone - Outpost is a fast-paced brewpub serving handcrafted beer and elevated pub fare. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, outstanding hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike. We're looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Properly operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling throughout the shift.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Receive, store, and stock supplies when necessary.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around hot water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
