About the Role
This is not a traditional, single-lane job.
We are looking for a high-performance operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in figuring things out and getting results. This role wears many hats across customer service, operations, inventory, warehouse, and internal support.
You will work directly with ownership and employees across the business and will be trusted to step into whatever area needs attention on any given day.
If you are adaptable, proactive, and take ownership without being asked, then this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days look the same. Responsibilities may include:
- Responding to customer emails quickly and professionally
- Making phone calls and resolving customer issues
- Handling returns, refunds, and order problems
- Working in the warehouse (picking, packing, shipping orders)
- Managing and organizing inventory
- Purchasing and restocking inventory as needed
- Supporting and answering questions from team members
- Working directly with ownership on operational tasks and priorities
- Taking on projects that change day-to-day based on business needs
- Troubleshooting issues across systems, orders, and operations
- Using multiple online platforms and tools (ecommerce, shipping, email systems, etc.)
- Stepping in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of work experience (operations, customer service, or similar)
- Ability to work on-site and be physically active (lifting, moving inventory, etc.)
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent
