Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations including production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and facilities.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet performance goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth across all departments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align production with business goals and customer expectations.
- Anaylize and forecast financial metrics to ensure profitability.
- Analyze product costs of good sold, margin and overhead to maximize profitability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven background in marine or composite product manufacturing preferred.
- Strong financial and strategic management experience, including P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading teams through process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
