About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced operations leader to oversee the full scope of manufacturing activities at a growing production facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on executive who thrives in a high-quality, precision-driven manufacturing environment and is passionate about operational excellence and team leadership.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in boatbuilding, marine manufacturing, or related industries, and will play a key role in shaping production efficiency, safety, and quality standards while supporting long-term company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of operations including production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and facilities.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth across all departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align production with business goals and customer expectations.
• Anaylize and forecast financial metrics to ensure profitability.
• Analyze product costs of good sold, margin and overhead to maximize profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven background in marine or composite product manufacturing preferred.
• Strong financial and strategic management experience, including P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading teams through process improvement and change management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
