Job Description:
The Enterprise Analytics and Data Services team requires (1) a consultant proficient in the design and development of Oracle SQL.
PL/SQL, analytical models, tools, and programs.
This consultant must have advanced experience interpreting business data requirements and developing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL programs and have experience in Pension, Health Insurance, Customer Service, Finance, and/or Risk.
This should include a strong understanding and experience with information technology, business intelligence development, change management best practices, project management, and system development life cycle fundamentals.
The consultant will support high volume data extract requests from internal program areas, data extracts needed to fulfil Public Records Act requests, court orders, legal requests, audit requests, data extracts needed to fulfil Employer Data Extract requests, and data extracts that support public-facing reports such as the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
The consultant will perform data extracting, transforming, and validating for various enterprise customers.
The consultant will also work on developing Pension data marts to fulfil reoccurring Pension data requests.
