- Flexible, school-based hours (37.5 hour work week)
- Competitive Pay: $55000 - $62000 per year based on experience and licensure.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students based on referral from school district staff.
- Train and provide information sessions for parents, school staff, and other stakeholders on mental health awareness and risk factors.
- Facilitate/co-facilitate groups within the schools as well as in the community as needed utilizing evidence based curriculums.
- Assist with crisis intervention to include initiatives around school based mental health and prevention strategies.
- Develop strong working relationships with schools through respectful communication and accountability.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related Human Services discipline.
- Clinical licensure required.
- 1 year in a student serving school setting or 1 year of direct clinical work.
- Minimum of two years of verified paid experience providing mental health treatment required.
- Current and valid driver’s license required.
